Tsis ntev los no, peb pawg ntawm cov cuab yeej tiv thaiv ib puag ncig tsim thiab tsim tawm ntawm nws tus kheej los ntawm peb lub tuam txhab tau thauj khoom thiab xa mus rau Fujian ua haujlwm zoo. Cov no suav nrog cov cuab yeej ua kom yaj huab cua flotation (DAF), siv lim xovxwm dewatering units thiab dosing systems. Cov khoom xa tuaj no sawv cev rau cov kauj ruam tseem ceeb hauv peb lub tuam txhab kev siv zog los nthuav nws qhov kev muaj nyob rau hauv kev tiv thaiv ib puag ncig kev lag luam ntawm East Tuam Tshoj, thiab tseem teeb tsa lub hauv paus tseem ceeb rau kev ntxiv dag zog rau kev koom tes nrog cov neeg siv khoom hauv zos hauv Fujian.
Peb cov cuab yeej yaj hauv huab cua flotation (DAF) feem ntau yog tsim los rau cov khoom siv -kua sib cais hauv kev kho dej khib nyiab. Cov cuab yeej no yog ib qho tseem ceeb uas tshem tawm cov khib nyiab, cov khoom hnyav thiab lwm yam kuab paug los ntawm dej, ua rau nws tsim nyog rau ntau yam kev lag luam xws li papermaking thiab ua zaub mov. Txoj siv lim xovxwm dewatering chav tsev sib txuas cov concentration thiab nias ua haujlwm rau hauv ib qho, ua kom muaj txiaj ntsig sludge dewatering. Qhov no tsis yog tsuas yog boosts kev kho mob efficiency, tab sis kuj pab cov neeg muas zaub txo tus nqi cuam tshuam nrog tom qab sludge pov tseg. Meanwhile, lub dosing system boasts ib tug automated tsim, tso cai rau nws ntxiv chemicals kom raug thiab stably raws li cov kev xav tau kev kho mob tiag tiag, yog li ua kom muaj kev ruaj ntseg thiab kev ua tau zoo ntawm tag nrho cov txheej txheem kho dej.
Ua ntej ua zaub mov xa tuaj, kev kuaj xyuas tag nrho ntawm cov khoom siv yog ua los ntawm peb lub tuam txhab kev soj ntsuam zoo. Peb nruj me ntsis xyuas qhov kev ua tau zoo, kev ruaj ntseg thiab kev nyab xeeb ntawm cov cuab yeej kom paub tseeb tias tag nrho cov ntsuas tau raws li lub teb chaws cov qauv kev lag luam thiab cov neeg siv khoom xav tau. Pab pawg neeg xa khoom kuj tau tsim cov phiaj xwm xa khoom kom zoo, txhim kho txoj kev thauj mus los, thiab npaj cov neeg ua haujlwm los saib xyuas cov txheej txheem thauj khoom kom tsis txhob muaj kev puas tsuaj rau cov khoom siv thaum thauj mus los.
Kev xa khoom zoo ntawm cov khoom siv no qhia txog kev ntseeg siab thiab kev lees paub tias cov neeg siv khoom muaj nyob rau hauv peb cov khoom zoo thiab cov kev pabcuam. Nyob rau hauv lub neej yav tom ntej, peb tseem yuav tsom mus rau kev tsim kho thev naus laus zis thiab kev txhim kho cov khoom lag luam, txuas ntxiv txhim kho kev ua tau zoo thiab kev ntseeg siab ntawm cov cuab yeej tiv thaiv ib puag ncig, thiab muab cov kev tshaj lij thiab kev daws teeb meem zoo rau cov neeg siv khoom hauv ntau thaj tsam los pab ntsuab thiab kev txhim kho kev lag luam.
Cov cuab yeej yuav tsum tuaj txog ntawm qhov chaw cov neeg siv khoom nyob rau hnub tom ntej. Peb lub tuam txhab yuav xa ib pab neeg ua haujlwm tshaj lij los saib xyuas ntawm - qhov chaw teeb tsa, kev ua haujlwm, thiab kev cob qhia kom ua haujlwm tau zoo thiab ua haujlwm tau zoo txij thaum pib.
